Who can buy from Pretty Knit?
We sell exclusively to retailers buying for resale: boutiques, online stores, marketplace sellers and showrooms. A valid resale certificate or seller's permit is required. Apply here; we review within 1 business day.
How do I see prices?
Wholesale prices unlock once you log in with an approved buyer account. Prices are per piece; styles are sold by the pack.
How are packs put together?
A standard pack is 6 pieces in S·M·L at a 3·2·1 ratio (3 Small, 2 Medium, 1 Large) in one color, unless a product says otherwise. You can mix styles and colors freely across packs.
What are the minimums?
Grand-opening minimums: first order $150 (about two packs), reorders $100. There is no minimum per style beyond one pack.
How fast do you ship?
In-stock styles ship from Los Angeles within 2 business days of payment. Preorder styles ship on the date shown on the product page.
What does shipping cost?
UPS Ground is a flat $15 per order within the U.S., and free on orders of $500 or more. Express (2-day) is $35. Showroom pickup in Downtown LA is free.
How can I pay?
Credit/debit card or Shop Pay at checkout, or Bank Transfer (ACH or wire): choose it at checkout and we email instructions; the order ships once payment clears. Net terms may be offered to established accounts by written approval.
Do you charge sales tax?
Orders shipping to California are tax-exempt only with a valid California resale certificate on file. Other states are taxed per applicable law.
Can I return unsold stock?
As is standard in wholesale, all sales are final. Defective, damaged or incorrect items are replaced or credited when reported within 7 days of delivery with photos. See Returns & Exchanges.
Can I use your product photos?
Yes. Approved retail partners may use Pretty Knit product photography to sell Pretty Knit styles. Logged-in buyers can download the images from each product page.
Is there a line sheet?
Yes. A PDF line sheet of every in-stock style is available to approved buyers from the Quick Order page.
Can I visit the showroom?
Walk-ins are welcome Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM at 1136 Crocker St, Los Angeles, CA 90021. Call (213) 503-9090 for a private appointment.
How do I reorder?
Log in and open Quick Order: repeat a past order in one click, or filter for styles you have ordered before. Because we make locally, restocks arrive in days.
