Eligibility: Pretty Knit sells exclusively to retailers purchasing for resale. A valid resale certificate / seller's permit is required. Apply through our wholesale account application; we review applications within 1 business day, and pricing and ordering unlock once your account is approved. Accounts that cannot be verified may be deactivated and pending orders cancelled.
Minimums — Grand Opening: To welcome new retail partners to our new wholesale site, first orders start at just $150 (about two packs), and reorders at $100. Mix and match any styles and colors. Styles are sold in packs only (standard pack: S·M·L, 3·2·1 = 6 pieces unless noted on the product).
Pricing: Wholesale prices are shown to logged-in approved accounts only and are subject to change without notice. Prices exclude shipping and applicable taxes.
Payment: Orders are prepaid. Pay at checkout by credit/debit card or Shop Pay, or choose Bank Transfer (ACH or wire) at checkout; bank-transfer orders are held and ship once payment is received. Net terms (for example Net 30) may be offered to established accounts and must be approved in writing; net-term orders are invoiced by email and due within the agreed term. Late balances may pause shipping on new orders.
Sales tax: Orders shipping to California are tax-exempt only with a valid California resale certificate on file. Other states are taxed per applicable law.
Retail pricing: We ask retail partners not to advertise Pretty Knit styles below our suggested retail price. Contact us for current suggested retail pricing.
Intellectual property: All Pretty Knit designs, photographs, and product names are the property of Pretty Knit. Retailers may use our product photography to sell Pretty Knit products only. Copying, reproducing, or manufacturing our designs is prohibited.
Order acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may limit quantities or decline orders at our discretion.
